Tonight I worked on making the first of three cakes for Keely's birthday. For Christmas I got a giant cupcake pan but hadn't had a chance to use it before now. Keely loves cupcakes and when I asked her if she wanted a character or a giant cupcake she enthusiastically chose the giant cupcake. She also requested that it be chocolate with purple icing (though she kept saying it was pink). When she saw the cake she was really excited and turned to Jacob and I and said, "Thanks guys for making me my cake."
